The contest, launched to create an emblem for Santa Fe that embodies its history, diversity, and cultural identity, closed on October 14 and saw over 60 submissions, from which a jury selected three final designs.

All finalist highlights the city’s famed Suspension Bridge (Puente Colgante de Santa Fe), symbolizing the city’s connection to its past and its landmark architecture, according to the Aire de Santa Fe.

In this stage of the competition, public votes will account for a portion of the final score. Community support can contribute up to 30 out of 100 points, while the jury—composed of experts from institutions such as the Universidad Nacional del Litoral and the Instituto Nacional Belgraniano—will complete the evaluation, ultimately deciding which flag will become Santa Fe’s new official symbol.

Through this initiative, Santa Fe aims to adopt a flag that resonates with its geographical, historical, and cultural essence, reflecting public spaces, traditions, and the hospitality that defines the city. The chosen flag will serve as a lasting symbol, celebrating the unique identity and heritage of Santa Fe.

Voting can be done via a survey.
