MARCH 18, 2025 — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree yesterday establishing the emblem and flag of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), reports Korotko Pro.
The NACP emblem consists of a blue circle with a white border, from which 20 white rays extend toward the center. At the center is a stylized trident made up of nine white vertical rectangles of varying lengths. Beneath the trident, the acronym “НАПК” (NACP) is written in white capital letters.
The NACP flag is a dark blue rectangular field with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3. In the upper quarter near the hoist, there are two equal horizontal stripes in blue and yellow. The emblem is positioned in the center of the free field, with a diameter equal to half the width of the flag. The reverse side of the flag mirrors the front.
According to the decree, the NACP emblem and flag are official distinguishing symbols of the agency, representing its identity and authority, says the Judicial and Legal Newspaper. The emblem is to be displayed on the flag, in the offices of the head of the NACP and their deputies, on administrative buildings housing the NACP and its territorial branches (if established), and on official NACP award.
The NACP flag can be displayed in the offices of the head of the agency and their deputies, on NACP administrative buildings, and at official events and ceremonies.
