Holley, NY, Marks 175 Years with Unveiling of Village Flag

SEPTEMBER 4, 2025 — In New York, the Village of Holley celebrated its 175th anniversary on Wednesday with the introduction of a new village flag and logo, according to OrleansHub.com.

The flag highlight two of the community’s most recognizable landmarks: the historic Holley High School and the Holley Waterfalls.

The design, created by A. J. Gere of Lake Country Media, was unveiled during a ceremony in front of the former Holley High School, now known as Holley Gardens, a renovated senior housing and village office centre.

Mayor Mark Bower joined several former mayors in presenting the new banner, which now flies beneath the American flag at the school-turned-community hub.
